Access & Equity Scholarships are available to persons who currently receive a low income payment or have a disability/chronic medical condition or speak English as a Second Language (ESL).
Applicants must: be Australian citizens or holders of a permanent Australian visa; have been offered a full time place in one of Central's Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma programs and be commencing this program in Semester 1 of the scholarship period; meet the low income, disability/chronic medical condition or English as a Second Language (ESL) selection criteria; and not have any outstanding fees from previous study at Central Institute of Technology.
The scholarship meets the cost of the student fees (including tuition and resource fees as indicated on the enrolment form) up to the following total amounts per qualification: Certificate II - $800; Certificate III - $1000; Certificate IV - $1000; Diploma - $1500; and Advanced Diploma - $1500.
