The David Pank Northern Areas Study Assistance Scholarship has been established to assist students from Northern Area High Schools to study an undergraduate degree at UniSA.
Applicants must: be new to higher education; demonstrate financial hardship; and demonstrate that the majority of their high school attendance has been at one of the following designated Northern Area High Schools: Craigmore High School, Fremont Elizabeth High School, Gawler High School, Kaurna Plains High School, Parafield Gardens High School, Para Hills High School, Para West Adult Campus, Paralowie R-12, Salisbury High School, Salisbury East High School, or Smithfield Plains High School. Selection is based on financial hardship, a personal written statement, academic merit, and an interview.
The scholarship is valued at a total of $1,000, consisting of 2 x $500 Unibooks vouchers. The vouchers are to be used for textbooks or other study aids.
