The UNE Country Scholarship is offered to students from the country with high academic achievement who have been involved in leadership positions in school, clubs or the community.
Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be Year 12 or gap year students commencing study at UNE; have achieved an ATAR of at least 86.30 (or equivalent); and be residents of a regional or remote area. Selection is based on academic merit, involvement and leadership in school and community activities, commitment to the proposed course and an assessment by the Principal.
The scholarship is valued at $6,000 per year for the duration of the course.
