The scholarship has been established by Unibooks, a not-for-profit organisation that has been selling a mix of academic and general books since 1929, with a bookselling service located on the North Terrace campus of the University of Adelaide. The scholarship will provide assistance with education costs for a student undertaking their honours year.
Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be undertaking an honours program of study at the University of Adelaide; be enrolled on a full-time basis as a Commonwealth Supported student; and be able to demonstrate financial need. Selection is based on academic merit and financial need.
The scholarship is valued at $5,000, payable in 2 instalments.
