The Dan David Prize encompasses 3 time dimensions - past, present and future - that represent realms of human achievement.
Scholarships are available to applicants whose doctoral or post-doctoral research is in one of the selected fields for the year in which the application is being made. Applicants must be a registered doctoral or post-doctoral student at a recognised university at the time of receipt of scholarship. For doctoral students, the research proposal must be officially approved by the university department in which he/she is studying. Selection is granted according to merit, without discrimination based on gender, race, religion, nationality, or political affiliation.
The scholarships will provide US$15,000 each. The scholarship will be granted in bi-monthly payments during the academic year until payment of the scholarship amount is completed.
