The Zonta Club of Caloundra Equity Bursary aims to assist a young woman who has experienced educational disadvantage because of personal circumstances.
Applicants must: be female students aged 21 years or below; be enrolled full-time and have successfully completed at least 8 units of an undergraduate degree program at the University of the Sunshine Coast; and be from a designated equity group (i.e. Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people, people with a disability, or people from low socio-economic backgrounds). Selection is based on academic merit and financial need.
The bursary provides a one-off payment of $1,000.
